Hyatt Regency McCormick Place
Location, location, location. You can’t get a better location than Hyatt Regency McCormick Place – it’s in the name!
The hotel connects to the convention center and is the most convenient location for anyone presenting or attending a show.
It’s also close to Soldier Field and Museum Campus, which is where you’ll find Field Museum of Natural History, Shedd Aquarium, and Adler Planetarium.

There’s an indoor swimming pool. Grab-and-go sandwiches and more are available in the Market.
For dinner, dig into elevated Southeast Asian street food at Sixes and Eights, and then get a nightcap at Arc Bar.
Rooms offer stunning views of Lake Michigan. If you want to do some exploring beyond the city, there are car rental services on-site.

Marriott Marquis Chicago
Just like a stay at Hyatt Regency, you don’t even have to go outside if you book a room at Marriott Marquis Chicago. There’s an indoor skybridge to the convention center.

And bonus: not only is it one of the closest hotels near McCormick Place, it’s also right next to Wintrust Arena. This makes it an ideal location if you’ve got tickets to see the Chicago Sky.

The hotel’s suites offer additional space, separate living areas, and stunning views of the city or Lake Michigan.

Hampton Inn Chicago McCormick Place
Part of the Hilton family, Hampton Inn Chicago McCormick Place provides guests with a fitness center and a swimming pool.
Like all the hotels listed, there’s a business center, too. Other amenities include daily hot breakfast, pet-friendly rooms, and connecting rooms if you have a group traveling together.
This Chicago South Loop hotel is also connected to McCormick Place, making it easy to go back to your room and rest or freshen up.
Hilton Garden Inn Chicago McCormick Place
Another hotel that includes a hot breakfast with your stay is Hilton Garden Inn Chicago McCormick Place.
It’s also connected via indoor skybridge to the convention center. There’s also a nearby train stop, giving you easy access to public transportation.
The comfortable rooms are equipped with a mini-fridge and a Keurig coffee and tea maker, as well as a 50-inch LED TV so you can kick back after a long day at the show.
Beer fans will love Fatpour Tap Works, located on the ground floor. It serves sports pub-fare and a wide variety of craft beer. Head to VU Rooftop for incredible views of the Chicago skyline.

Hilton Chicago
Hilton Chicago may be further from McCormick Place, but it’s a short drive and its excellent location across from Grant Park on Michigan Avenue makes it a convenient place to stay.
A member of Historic Hotels of America, this landmark hotel opened in 1927 and was the largest hotel in the world at the time.
On-site amenities include a beauty salon and barbershop, an impressive fitness center with pool and running track, a comfortable lounge, and Kitty O’Shea’s for dining.

Blackstone, an Autograph Collection Hotel
Next door to Hilton Chicago is another historic hotel. The Blackstone, Autograph Collection was built in 1910 by the Drake Brothers, the same brothers who opened their eponymous Chicago hotel on what would become the Magnificent Mile.

The Blackstone is close enough to the best tourist sites in Chicago but provides visitors with quality service in a building with loads of history.
Feel free to bring Fido when you stay here; the Blackstone is a pet friendly hotel and allows two dogs per room up to 75 pounds each.
