About Me
I am a Chicago native that grew up in West Rogers Park, now currently residing in Pilsen. I studied architecture at The Illinois Institute of Technology, with over 12 years in corporate interior design. My passion for fitness started after college, after taking my first group exercise class. I started teaching group fitness classes part-time over 8 years ago. As the economy shifted in 2008, I decided to help others live a healthy lifestyle, creating SKo-Fit. In addition to being a certified group fitness instructor, I am also a certified personal trainer, lifestyle & weight maangement coach, and yoga teacher. I guide my clients in making permanent lifestyle changes through smart eating and exercise.
