Oskar Blues Beer Dinner with SmallBar Division

Oskar Blues celebrated its entrance in the Chicago market with events all over the city. I was lucky enough to attend the five course dinner at Small Bar on Division, featuring the cuisine of Chef Justin White. Bill from Oskar Blues introduced all of the beers, including the very special Old Chub Scotch Ale on cask with oak and vanilla bean.
