Chef's Table: EPIC Restaurant

EPIC Restaurant offered our Chef's Table guests a three-course dinner, with choices for each course. Chef Mark Pollard talked with us about his background and his cooking philosophy, and Wilson took amazing care of our group. After the event several of us went to their stellar rooftop for a post-dinner nightcap!
