How do I add a special to the Specials page?

The Specials page is one of the most popular on the site, so how do you get your food & drink promotions on there? All you have to do is:

1. Register to be a Local Tourist
2. Click on the "Create content" button to the right.
3. Click on "Specials"
4. Add the details of the special on the form and submit

Done!

Specials are text only, unless...
