A unique collaboration of Chicago Food Trucks and Chicago's latest smash dive bar. Scott Harris (Francesca's, Purple Pig, Davanti Enoteca) is opening a new restaurant and bar in the South Loop area called Ethyl's Beer and Wine Dive. Starting June 30th and continuing every Thursday night throughout the summer there will be a collection of roughly 7 different Food Trucks outside the restaurant. Come have a good time with Goose Island Beer, Food Trucks, and Music.
