Francesca’s Forno’s own Chef Kael will be hosting the demonstration at Treasure Island’s Lincoln Park location (2121 N. Clybourn, Chicago, IL 60614; 773-880-8880) 6 to 8 p.m. January 24. He will be preparing three different dishes. Tickets to the demonstration are $40.
