Executive Chef Ralph Steinberg prepares an optional four-course meal with choices for Valentine’s Day Friday, Feb. 10 through Tuesday, Feb. 14. In addition to the special menu, People offers Moet & Chandon Champagne for $59 per bottle. Menu highlights include a Kobe empanada with Tempranillo beef jus; a pan-seared vegetable cake with tomato beurre blanc and herb salad; and traditional Spanish flan with caramel sauce.
