I attempted to book a limo for my father from the airport. After scheduling and confirming w/ Fellowship Fleet, I got a call the DAY BEFORE he arrived stating there driver was at the airport and couldn't find my dad. The male that I spoke to on the phone was EXTREMELY RUDE and condescending saying that it was my fault that it was scheduled wrong and implied that I wasted his time. Then, he wouldn't fix the problem and re-schedule. He was trying to talk over me on the phone and wouldn't let me speak to a supervisor. WORST EXPERIENCE EVER. I've NEVER been treated as badly by somebody I paid money to. BOOK ELSEWHERE IF YOU WANT YOUR LIMO TO ARRIVE ON THE RIGHT DAY
