Review of III Forks

The Chef's Table at III Forks, for me, was somewhat expected. Knowing that this restaurant origins in Texas, the food, being a Texan myself, was typical Texas: Southern influence & ample portions. The value of the meal is what apealed to me the most. The wine pairings alone were worth the $30 price. III Forks specialty is steak & I was pleased to see more than just steak offered in our menu, which I think was a huge plus. I had never tried their desserts & was not disappointed. Every dish was flavorful & cooked perfectly. I would recommend III Forks to my friends for it's good food, welcoming & sparkling restaurant space, good service, & thoughtful wine list.
