How many times have a you finished a great meal at a restaurant and wished there were a way to show your appreciation to the chef? You can thank the front of the house with a generous tip, which goes to the server, bartender, hostess, maitre'd, and sommelier. The kitchen? They get to scrub the grill and mop the floors.

 

Now at The Publican you can say thanks directly to the people who are responsible for your gastronomic happiness by sending them beer. Don't bring one in; they actually have a "Kitchen" item on the beer list. For $10 you can send them a 6-pack. With a kitchen like theirs, they might need another cooler.
