Pride Parade FloatThis weekend is Pride Fest & Pride Parade. They’re two of the most popular events of the year in Chicago because they’re just downright fun! Pride Fest is Saturday on Halsted Street between Waveland and Grace. There’s live music all day, with Sister Sledge performing at 5pm. Sunday is the parade. It starts at Noon and takes over Halsted & Broadway between Diversey & Grace.

To get there from downtown, take the #22, #36, or #151 bus, and either Red or Brown line trains to Belmont. For those and other options use the CTA’s Trip Planner.
