My philosphy for overall wellness is through proper physical training and smart food choices. However, food plays a greater role that physical exercise, as what you feed your food will affect how your body performs and functions. It seems simple, but can be confusing for some of us. Where do you start? Simple - the source of your food.
I am very excited to be a part of what I consider my ideal event - an evening learning about farmers, food, and fitness! In a recent post, I talked about CJK Foods providing healthy prepared meal options. They put together an evening to educate on why these components are important to your health. There will be interactive tasting stations with food provided by CJK and hosted by their partners. Each station will answer questions that tie to their niche. I will be explaining what type of training program provides a perfect balance, while also requiring minimal space, equipment, and time, but with maximum return.
