does anyone know if any of the lots have organic trees (no chemical herbicides or pesticides used) or even organic trees in pots?

I recently moved from Manhattan to Chicago and was surprised not to see guys lined up on the corner of each street selling freshly-cut Christmas trees. This is a New York tradition. Does anyone know if there are places here in downtown Chicago? I looked at the map posted but do not have a car to get to Lincoln Park, the closet area to where I live (River North) that offers trees. Thank you.

There used to be a lot at Polk and Dearborn in Printer’s Row; but not this year?? I’m afraid we’re left with Home Depot here in the South Loop.

Hi Joy - the only lot I know of in that area is at the former Melvin B’s spot where State & Rush intersect.
Ho Ho Ho - thanks for the info on the Home Depot lot. I’ll add it to the map!
