This weekend you'll have the opportunity to get down to East Pilsen and see what artists are doing before the big Chicago Artists Month. Art, music and I am sure you'll find performances as well as poetry around every corner. All of that within 3 blocks of 18th and Halsted so park your car and make it up as you go, I know I will.

39th ANNUAL PILSEN EAST ARTIST'S OPEN HOUSE This event allows another view of an artist's creative environment. Enjoy walking through artist's studios, galleries, and residences in the contently morphing area of South Halsted and 18th St., this is the city's longest running Artist's Open House. and you'll get one hell of a kick out all the stuff you'll see.

Stop by the Event Information Booth at 1821 S. Halsted St. for a map, performance schedule, and event information.
