Ground Up Fund-Raiser at Spacca Napoili Pizzeria
Did you ever wonder where our Chicago restaurants get thier organically raised foods? From small farms, that’s where. And foodies who demand great tasting dishes without chemicals and mass-produced ingredients can thank organizations like Ground Up for connecting small farmers to our restaurants chefs.
On April 9th we are having a fundraiser to seed a new Indoor Farmers Market
so many more restaurants can serve you the great food you are clamoring for.
I hope you’ll join me at Spacca Napoli Pizzeria April 9th where you will enjoy wines from August Hill, cocktail from Koval Distillery, beer from Two Brothers Brewery, and iced and hot teas from Rare Tea Cellars. And check out this list of participating Chicago restaurants. YUM! • Ante Prima • August Hill Winery • Browntrout • C-House • City Provisions • David Sampson Photography • Floriole Café & Bakery • Green Grocer Chicago • Koval Distillery • Las Manas Tamales • Mess Hall & co. • MK Restaurant • Rare Tea Cellars • Rich Chocolates • Seedling Orchard • Spacca Napoli Pizzeria • The Bedford • Two Brothers Brewery • Vincent • White Oak Gourmet • Wood•
Come meet the famous chefs from these great restaurants
and mingle and join the conversation about great organic eating in Chicago.
I am a huge fan of healthy foods and a big believer that our bodies cannot sustain good health by eating genetically modified produce and chemically raised animals. Ground Up is a community organization dedicated to bridging the gap between the city and the farm which promotes natural foods on our tables.
