Canoeing on the Fox River
Last summer my friend Karen invited us to go canoeing down the Fox River. David and I took our dogs, Olive (labrodoodle) and Junebug (yorkie), and we had the best day. We packed a lunch and drinks and made full day of it on the six mile but this summer we are going to go on the 12 mile; and we’re taking some more of our friends!
Check out our little home-video. It was so serine and fun and we hardly saw another soul on the river.
The price is only $50 per canoe and the river is safe with narry a dangerous rapid or shallow.
