UPDATE: Get Pampered at Everything Healthy TV Expo April 21

Everything Healthy TV is a new web series that helps you get fit, eat well, and find balance in your life. This Sunday Flirty Girl Fitness is hosting a live taping of the show, but there's much more to being in this "studio audience" than watching the hosts and their guests chat. Instead they're kicking off the taping with a Healthy Expo. You can take a fun fitness class, get pampered with a manicure, pedicure, hair blow-out, or chair massage, and you'll leave with a goody bag filled with swag (and who doesn't love swag?).

Tickets to the event are $25 and it goes from 1:30 to 4pm. Make it a healthy end to your week!
