Tour La Madia with Chef's Table
I'm often asked what my favorite restaurants are in Chicago, and which spots I recommend. La Madia is a perennial. It became a personal favorite the first time I visited shortly after they opened, and has remained one ever since.
That's why I'm absolutely thrilled that they're hosting our July Chef's Table! I'm even more thrilled at what we'll get to enjoy, because it showcases an array of the Italian spot's specialties. Chef/Owner Jonathon Fox has taken inspiration from his travels in Italy and created a menu that features Midwestern ingredients. La Madia's menu is crafted from local producers and includes items such as pork from Slagel Farm, honey from Kress Apiary Honey Farm in Indiana, and produce from Nichols Farm and Green City Market. They even have their own plot at Harvest Moon Farms. The cheese, of course, is from Wisconsin.
They're also known for the extensive wine program, and have received honors from Wine Spectator the last three years in a row!
Take a look at our menu and then RSVP today. Seats are extremely limited at this exclusive event!

I signed up! I have a friend joining me and she pointed out that on the PayPal page it says 7/21. I notice everything else says 7/16 so I assume that's the right date.

Yay! And oops. It's fixed.
