Cooking Corner

Today's Cooking Corner is all about TV. WGN's Ana Belaval, PBS TV's Lucinda Scala Quinn, and Fit TV's Devin Alexander all make appearances. You can also see a demonstration by Chef Patrick Quakenbush from Fleming's Prime Steakhouse & Wine Bar.

Family Village & Fun Time Stage

Yesterday Adler Planetarium helped your children explore the moon; today they can learn about the wonders of aviation with the Civil Air Patrol. Then Alliance for Great Lakes brings them back to earth with Adopt-a-Beach. The Fun Time Stage showcases the antics of CircEsteem & The Chicago Youth Circus, and you know the kids'll be dancing along with Kidz Clog.

Taste Sports! Pavilion

Want to work off all that food you've just eaten? Register for tomorrow's Race To Taste, then get a workout in with Bally Total Fitness at 11am. If you prefer to meet athletes than be one stick around to meet members of the Chicago Bears and Olympians and Paralympians.

The Music

Today is Bloodshot Records Day at the Illinois Lottery Taste Stage. Be sure to stop by at 3:30 to hear TLT featured band Dollar Store. Tonight's big bands are Augustana, who play Americana and folk rock, followed by Counting Crows.

Don't forget to stop by Buckingham Fountain at 1pm for a slice of Eli's enormous cheesecake!
