The InterContinental on Michigan Ave., might not be your go to place for classes on wine, but when the classroom is ENO Wine Bar and the teacher is their Sommelier Michael Roberts, you should reconsider.

Dubbed ENOversity, the monthly series starts this Sunday, January 19 (6pm) with a look into the regions and heritage of Spanish wines. And each class moving forward will explore a different region of wine.

This month attendees will sample and learn more about a flight of five diverse Spanish wines, including sparkling Cava, crisp whites, robust reds and tantalizing sherry.

The wines will be paired with Spanish cheese and charcuterie, as well as chocolate from local chocolatiers.

In addition to the interactive class experience, each guest will leave with a bottle of their favorite wine from the tasting.
