Ladies and gentlemen, welcome to one of the best weeks of the year, ChiliFest at Rockit.
In its fourth year running, ChiliFest is when Rockit's chefs increase the intensity of everything you love about chili - cheeses, beans, meats and in some cases the heat.
If you're a vegetarian or vegan, the idea of a multiple meat and cheese dish probably doesn't tickle your taste buds. But perhaps the vegan chili, the chili cheese fries or chili mac will curb your cravings. Just remember to keep an eye on your plate, as omnivores might try to steal some.
Actually, the dishes are meant to be shared family style, so stealing some of your neighbor’s chilli is highly encouraged. It makes this special menu a perfect excuse to connect with the friends you haven’t seen since New Year’s Eve or beyond.
For those on a January health kick, consider this week your first major temptation of the New Year.
