Bottlefork is open for business! The new concept from Rockit Ranch and Chef Kevin Hickey creates a unique experience focusing on locally sourced and globally inspired food and drinks.
Since joining the Rockit team in November, Chef Hickey’s goal for Bottlefork is that food and drinks menus to be intertwined.
As a testament to this dedication, Chef Hickey is working closely with Begyle Brewing to produce produce season beers specifically for Bottlefork. First up is wintery Belgian-style rye ale named Root Cellar Rey.
The menu features “popcorn” sweetbreads, shareable lobster and foie gras po’ boys and a Moroccan pumpkin stew that you won’t want to share.
