Cinco de Mayo City and Suburban Fiesta Guide

Grab your sombreros and get ready to party because Cinco de Mayo is this Saturday!  With the White Sox away this weekend and after the Cubs (hopefully win) at home, it will be time to celebrate Mexican heritage across Chicago land.  After all, Chicago has the third largest Mexican population in the United States (per the 2010 U.S. Census).

Outlined below are a few places in the city and the suburbs to fiesta that range from live maracas to metal music!

CHICAGO

Cactus Bar & Grill: Gather your amigos for $5 house margaritas, $4 Pacifico drafts, and $20 Mexican buckets. In addition, our Mexican-inspired dishes, including mini tostadas, spicy chicken quesadillas, and house made salsa and guacamole will keep the fiesta going.

Moe's Cantina: Free live performance by Sones De Mexico Ensemble Chicago on Cinco De Mayo! Performance times are 6-7pm and 7:30-8:30pm.
